Mandat is an online Hebrew magazine dealing with contemporary art and culture in the Eastern Mediterranean surroundings. Mandat covers artists, exhibitions and events, focusing on works dealing with topical and historic issues.
The website’s major part features content found over the net, made accessible by a short Hebrew summary together with links to the article or item’s sources. Mandat also includes a database, categorized according to themes and countries. Writers and readers wishing to publish articles and reviews or share relevant links, are welcome to contact us at contact@mandate.co.il.
